10 best Indonesian pianist

I love playing the piano, and every week my friend and me workout music together but I’m not an expert certainly. 🙂
Well, my friend notified me with this info the best of Indonesian pianist, but they’re also recognized internationally. They got some appreciations and scholarships, so let’s check it out!

1. Joseph. S. Djafar 
   – Yamaha Music Foundation Scholarship,  Nemu No Sato, Japan – Yamaha Junior
   Original Concert (JOC) 1987.
   -Robert Palmer Music School Scholarship, Australia 1990.
   -First place of Yamaha Piano Competition (4 times in a row).
   -Arranger and producer, especially in gospel.
2. Andi Rianto
   -A musician and composer who is also head of IndonesiaMagenta Orchestra.
   -Best Music Stylists ( nominees in the Festival Film Indonesia ).
3. Ananda Sukarlan
   -1988, Amsterdam, Eduard Elipse Award in Netherlands National Music Competition.
   – 1993 First Prize “Nadia Boulanger” — Concours International d’Orleans (Orleans, France, 1993).
   -1994 First Prize “Blanquefort Piano Competition”, Bordeaux, France
   -The first Indonesian pianist who be written in The International Who’s Who in Music book.

4. Badai KERISPATIH [Doadibadai Hollo (real name) ]
   -Musically excellent musicians that also write many songs.
   – Ever become a best Keyboard in Indie band.
   -He also release christian song and arranges it.
5. Teguh Sukaryo
   -S1 graduated in the field of Piano Performance from Newcastle Conservatorium of Music, Australia.
   -He got many scholarships and appreciations from Oberlin Conservatory, Rice University/Shepherd School of Music, Louisiana State University,etc.
6. Yovie Widianto
   – He is known as one of the founders and the music group  in position  keyboard of Kahitna and Yovie n Nuno.
   -Yovie is powering the band that originally played jazz fusionand then turned to    pop.
7. Steve Tabalujan
   -Pianist and Music Director Group True Worshippers who haveamazing skills.
   -Studied piano since I was 4 years old.
   -Grade 8 Piano Perfomance, Royal School of Music, London.
   -Bachelor of Music (B.Mus) in Piano Perfomance, graduated cumlaude from Sweelinck Conservatorium Amsterdam (Amsterdam Hogeshool voor de Kunsten), Nederland.

8. Kevin Aprilio
   -He was born of a family of musicians, his father is a conductor and his mom is a singer.
   -As keyboard position in group of Vierra.
9. Dhaifina Mazaya
   -Live Concert with Sukarlan Ananda, a composer from Indonesia who had played a little rhythm track for a European queen.
   -She also created beautiful songs.
10. Indra Lesmana
    -He is a talented jazz musicians from Indonesia.
    -Excellent skill in jazz music.
